HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

It depends on the shipping address. 

-  Production time: 3-5 business days.

- Your order will be shipped via UPS carrier and arrive approximately within:

*2-3 business days to USA, Canada, Australia

*4-6 business days to Europe and other locations

Please note that delays due to customs control, holidays, and other such reasons are out of our control. We can not be held liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays in your country, extra fees incurred by customs, back-end charges incurred.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

All of your orders will get a tracking numbers once they has been shipped out. Please do use the contact form if you donʼt receive your tracking number, but it should be automatically attached once the parcel has left the destination country. After your order is shipped, you will be automatically updated with a tracking number.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I PROVIDED INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS?

We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If shipping information is not entered in correctly, we are not responsible for the lost package.

If you realise you have made an error in your shipping details, please e- mail us at info@guthmangifts.com as soon as possible after you have placed your order.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE LAYOUT MODEL BEFORE PRODUCTION?

We will send you a  layout model  to your email address. In some cases we will send more than one option to choose from. If you want to make any changes in the layout model, please feel free to share your suggestions and we will try to fulfill them We will wait your respond 24 hours before we start production. If you do not respond within 24 hours we will start production and proceed with layout model which was sent to your e-mail. If there were sent several layout options and there is no respond 24 hours we will choose final option for ourselves.

 

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

We do not accept returns for ordered goods with customised ore personalised designs unless they arrive damaged or defective.

HOW FAST YOU RESPOND TO EMAILS?

We always try to respond as soon as possible. Usually we answer within 24 hours during workdays, but on weekends and holidays we try to relax and spend time with our families.
